As a newbie in travel blogging, I have taken to reading as many travel books and guidebooks as I can lay my hands on, and one such book is Female World Traveler 101: How to Travel the World, Learn New Cultures, and Explore the World as a Solo Woman Traveler from A to Z!
After renewing my Scribd subscription, I went on an audiobook-searching spree and found this book. The title spoke to me like, “Hey girl, you want to do this thing, don’t you?” “Well, I’m here to help you figure it out.” And guess what? It did not disappoint!
This is that book you pick up when you want to start traveling the world but are unsure of where to begin. The book is intended for solo women travelers, but after reading it, I believe anyone who is new to travel will benefit from it just as much.

Reading this book taught me that there is more to travel than finding the time to and being able to fund your trips. If you can educate yourself to travel smartly and more sustainably, the time will come when you can take a whole trip without spending a dime.
I learned that travel can be affordable as it can be expensive; it all depends on who you are as a person and the kind of travel you desire. Travel can mean different things to different people. For some, it may mean staying in fancy resorts and dining in upscale restaurants. For others, it may mean making friends and learning about a new culture.
To the first people, staying in expensive resorts and dining in fancy restaurants is the essence of travel, which would require a big budget. Whereas to others, it doesn’t matter how they get to wherever, and where they stay as long, as they are in a new country, they are fine. They would not even mind working for a local in exchange for accommodation.
This book will help you, in a way, figure out the type of traveler you are and how you can make your travel dreams come true because it is very much doable.
